ze77mm Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all players using the ze77mm platform. Please read this document in full before registering an account.
1. General Provisions
By accessing the ze77mm platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, the player is considered to have read these terms and conditions and confirmed their agreement to comply with them.
Definitions
"Platform" refers to ze77mm's website, software, and all related services. "Player" means a person who has registered an account or is using the services on the platform. "Account" means the registered account belonging to a specific player. "Bonus" means any promotional credit or benefit granted by ze77mm to a player.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each player may register only one account on ze77mm. You must provide your real information — name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information may result in account closure.
Account Ownership and Security
Players must not share their account password with anyone. Do not allow others to play using your account. Any unauthorised access must be reported to ze77mm immediately. The player is responsible for all activity carried out after logging in.
Account Verification (KYC)
ze77mm may request a copy of your ID or other relevant documents to verify your identity and payment method before processing a withdrawal. If the required verification cannot be completed, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
Account Suspension
ze77mm may suspend any account for the following reasons—
- If a violation of these terms and conditions is found
- If fraud or account misuse is suspected
- If the account was registered with false information
- If the player requests the account to be closed
3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Financial Policy
Deposit Methods
You can deposit at ze77mm via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. If there is a difference between the amount you submitted and the amount actually received, ze77mm will investigate and make a decision on that difference.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The policy requiring withdrawals to be made through the same method used for the deposit may be applied depending on the situation.
Before making a withdrawal, the player must have completed their KYC verification. If it is not complete, ze77mm has the right to place the withdrawal on hold.
Financial Limits
ze77mm may set individual deposit and withdrawal limits for each player by mutual agreement or in accordance with responsible gaming policy. ze77mm has a duty to report any transactions suspected of money laundering to the relevant authorities.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
ze77mm offers a 120% bonus up to 200,000 Ks for first-time depositors. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks in your account. The bonus amount of 24,000 Ks must be wagered 25 times, meaning you need to play through 600,000 Ks before you can withdraw your winnings.
If you deposit 340,000 Ks, you will still receive a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you 540,000 Ks in your account. The bonus amount of 200,000 Ks must be wagered 25 times, meaning you need to play through 5,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw your winnings.
General Bonus Terms
- If a bonus has an expiry date that has not yet been set, ze77mm will notify players in advance of when it will expire.
- The wagering requirement for any bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, which must be completed before a withdrawal is allowed.
- Bonuses must be claimed within 24 hours of making a deposit. Once this period has passed, ze77mm will not be able to grant the bonus.
- If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount may be forfeited.
VIP Rewards and Cashback
ze77mm has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly VIP cashback rates are: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%. VIP tier progression is based on a player's active play on the platform and a good compliance record.
Bonus Abuse
If a player attempts to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, negative expected value strategies, or any method other than genuine gameplay, ze77mm may forfeit the bonus and suspend the account.
5. Gaming and Results Policy
Game Fairness
Games on ze77mm are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or Live Dealers. ze77mm is committed to ensuring every game is conducted fairly.
Technical Errors
ze77mm has the right to correct any winnings or account balances that are incorrect due to a software or server malfunction. Players will be notified if this occurs.
Football Betting Policy
Football match results are based on official sporting outcomes. Players agree that in cases of match cancellation or postponement, ze77mm will act in accordance with its policy. Payouts are based on the final result of the match, which cannot be changed.
Voiding Winnings
If fraud or cheating, including the use of bots, is detected, ze77mm may void the winnings and suspend the account.

Every player can use ze77mm's responsible gaming tools to request deposit limits, time limits, or a Self-Exclusion period. ze77mm will honour these requests and a set review period applies before any changes can be made.
Minor Player Protection
ze77mm takes steps to keep minors and vulnerable players away from the platform. If a player under 21 is found, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance and bonuses may be forfeited.
